Entering Russian Market Service

Entering Russian market is a complicated endeavour, even if your company already has export experience elsewhere. The Programme encompasses all major business stakeholders in Russia like Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, European Businesses Association, Confindustria Russia likewise Russian SMEs Associations (OPORA Russia and Business Russia). Our experts know the Russian market, know the culture and speak the language. Due to that we are in a position to assist foreign companies in entering Russian market with less risks, less hassle and much faster. If your company has distributors in Russia already, we are in a position to facilitate your expansion in Russia as well.

Being your agent in Russia we would promote your company and its products in Russia, mobilize potential distributors, establish your distribution channels and expand your sales. We are charging a moderate monthly retainer fee (€850) for our activities, plus a commission on the sales. The minimum period to recruit us is three months, after that you can decide monthly to continue or stop our assistance. After Phase 2, as your Agent, we would be eligible for a commission on the sales only (no monthly fee).

During Phase 1 of our assistance we would be promoting your products among Russian potential distributors and end-users, investigate on potential interest, assess availability of your competitors in Russia and their products/services prices, investigate on certification and licences, trade mark, customs clearance/logistics needs for your products / services and prepare an inception market report.

During Phase 2 (three months) we would assist you in elaborating your entry strategy, inter alia in terms of procedures to be followed, actions to be taken, price policy to be implemented. We would also continue promoting your products among Russian potential distributors and end-users to raise further interest with an intermediary goal to identify at least three interested and suitable distributors. We would also check their compliance - type of existing activity, CEO, registration date and number, TIN, legal address, income and expenses, founders, contacts, etc.

During Phase 3 (as of months 7) as your Agent we would be continuously promoting your products among Russian potential distributors and end-users, identifying more distribution channels likewise advising your company on business development and public relations in Russia.

We are offering our services as a temporary extension of your team for less cost than export manager flying economy class, terminals and staying for one night in Moscow. Commission percentage is negotiable and usually ranges from 2% to 20%, depending on the industry. You will pay this commission up to a period of two years after Agent agreement expiration for the sales that we have been involved in identifying, setting up or managing. If you don’t like the idea of a commission, we could also offer an alternative with a monthly fee to be agreed upon.
