Concept of the Moscow Business Partnership Matchmaking Forum

The uniqueness of the Business Partnership Matchmaking Forum (B2B Forum) concept will present companies with prospects to access new markets, establish enduring business relationships, and share their professional experiences on an international level. At present, B2B Forums have become a renowned and powerful measure with the scope to support businesses in their internationalisation process and to help them to form new potential partnerships in foreign markets worldwide.

The B2B Forum ideology is extremely relevant with the trend of increasing globalisation and competition. The B2B Forum coordination team organises matchmaking events all through the year to provide assistance to organisations in exploring new business opportunities and finding desired partners, especially in the current rapidly changing economic environment. 

The uniqueness of the Moscow Business Matchmaking Forum is to bring together the two most important features for business performance: high efficiency and quality of the negotiations between the participating companies. This is achieved by the fact that in a limited space (room) a large number of companies from all over Europe and Russia meets during a short period of time (1 day) each with at least 12 companies that have been pre-selected for negotiation by the company itself or with those who have chosen to meet with the company. An unlimited number of informal meetings are also being held. In addition, Moscow Forum is unique in Europe as it encompasses two groups of companies: (a) those who have business cooperation proposals, (b) those who have investment projects and are interested in identifying potential partners and investors for their implementation.

Last but not least is that negotiations are being possible with minimum time and money, which is especially important for small and medium-sized companies.
